I take on a small number of consulting projects.
Alongside SearchOps and the writing here, I work with a few companies at a time on their search. There is no package or price list. Each project starts with a conversation about the site and the problem, and if I am not the right person, I will say so.
Useful to include
- The site, and what it sells
- What has changed, or what you are planning to change
- Anything already tried, and how it went
- Who will be doing the work: an in-house team, an agency, or nobody yet
